Common Questions 

 • Do you paint the buildings? 

• We do not paint the buildings as many of our materials are pressure treated containing a wet chemical that needs to dry for around a month before painting. 
• Do you haul away the construction debris? 
  • We offer debris removal which is typically $150-$200 for an average sized building.  A typical size building results in 2-3 trash cans of debris so to lower our costs to our customers we do not include this in our pricing.  
  •  If you wish to dispose of the debris yourself we can put the debris in your trash cans, a utility trailer, trash bags you provide, or a designated location.
